There’s a time and a place for pretty models and figures, but sometimes where 3D printing really flourishes is when you print simple objects that solve complex issues. I have a beer fridge (the irony is that I’m currently on the wagon) however in this fridge I have a number of bottles of beer, stacked. This should serve as a lesson to all. When you remove your hotend etc. for cleaning or maintenance, remember to tighten all the screws, and maybe remember to actually put them all back in. A week or so ago I started a print of a character from worms in white PLA. Nothing unusual. Sliced in Ideamaker which I’ve been playing with for a while now but other than that a pretty standard print. The Dazz 3d takes off where the phrozen and Wanhao D7 left off in the SLA space, using the same basic design of a dual linear rail supported bed, single leadscrew, solid FEP vat etc. The big difference though is the screen resolution, from 720p to an impressive 2k and a flippable see through lid. Another sweet feature is a fan driven air purification system and my personal favourite, an automated resin refill system. You also get a nice 7 inch touch screen to start prints.
